What will you learn?

The Introduction in Construction - Women in Trades is a 1-day program for female & non-binary job seekers. 

Join us to:

• gain practical information on apprenticeships.
• get some hands-on experience with the team from Construction Training Institute
• meet Mel from Empowered Women in Trades to prepare for working in male dominated trades.
• meet other women working in trades and hear their stories.
• meet employers looking for candidates to fill their apprenticeship positions.

Whilst the first part of the day is focused on providing a glimpse into working in trades, the last part of the day is to make connections between employers and job seekers that will hopefully lead to meaningful employment opportunities.

Lunch will be provided for all participants.  Please ensure you register for the event to ensure we cater for you.
